Flexi rods!! You can find them at Sally beauty, or any beauty supply store. You can find a tutorial on YouTube on how to use them, but I haven't used heat in so long because I get curls just like I would with an iron with them! They come in different sizes and usually packs of ten. If you have medium length hair you'll only need 1 pack but depending on the length of your hair you might need more than 1 pack.

For waves try a wet braid for curled try foam rollers in dry or wet hair overnight neither require heat :) otherwise you can try to straighten with just your blow dryer on a low setting n no straightner n always use heat protection.
