L'Oreal Brow Artist Liner Find?

I live in the US, more specifically the south, and I cannot find L'Oreals new brow pencil. In my stores are the new quads, under eye concealers, and foundation but no brow pencils. They have this waxy end that you run through your brows to keep them in place and I'm so excited! Where ARE they?
