First gel/winged liner...help?

Hopefully the pictures aren't too small. The middle row needs some work, obviously. And don't mind my messy/unfinished lids. I was playing around in bed, lol. So what tips do you have? If you can't tell, I have hooded/deepset eyes so it's tricky!

Are they supposed to wing more OUT or UP? It almost looks like middle row is too out...thanks for the vote of confidence guys. Definitely wasn't there before. Still isn't. But I'll give it a couple more tries.

You can wing out or up, whichever you prefer. winging up with a short wing creates a more round eye I think, so I think thats super cute, esp for a day time look. make sure your gel is very smooth for an easier application but it looks great for a first time. I do it daily and curse each time=)
