Whenever I put foundation on after I'm finished there's bumps and my pores are huge. What can I do to am skin to make my makeup look flawless and smooth? What products can I use? I don't have a skin care routine and I have dry to normal skin.

What do you mean bumps? Like pimples? Are they only there after you apply foundation? A good skincare routine will make all the difference. I recommend Simple Skincare products, I use their gel cleanser, toner, and hydrating moisturizer. You can also check out Avene products. They're a bit pricey but it's meant for people who have breakouts and it's extremely gentle on the skin.

I used to have the same problem and my dermatologist told me to exfoliate very gently around once or twice a week. The best way to exfoliate without upsetting the skin too badly is to take the corner of a washcloth while you're washing your face, put the corner of the washcloth under the water and wring out the excess, and gently (VERY gently) rub the washcloth in circular motions around the face. Doing this for about a month will completely erase all texture and makes foundation so much easier to apply for a smooth finish. Also, any good primer will help, I recommend any of the Smashbox primers.
