The colour black makes things appear "deeper" or farther back, whereas white can make things stand out more. I agree with these ladies, applying black eyeliner in your waterline or you can always tightline your waterline so that it doesn't stand out too much. If you ever wear eyeshadow, wearing darker colours closer to your lashline and then creating a gradient effect upwards using lighter colours can also make your eyes look smaller.

Brows play a part in close/wide set eyes. If you lightly fill your brows on the inner sides closest to the nose it may make a difference.
If wearing eyeshadow avoid highlighting the tear ducts as that will also make your eyes look wide set.
However, I agree with Kyra. Your eyes are beautiful as they are!
