If it's going to be hot, I would suggest a bb cream if you want buildable coverage plus most of them have SPF which is always nice if not a tinted moisturizer is fine. Pink a coral/light pink blusher as it's more natural looking and subtle :)

Well, you can wear makeup while sun-bathing if you want.
but for dinner I would just go with a natural look (I'll post a photo).
I bring my primer, foundation, concealer, powder, some neutral shadows, an eye primer, mascara, a brow pencil, & my setting spray when I go on holidays.

I wouldn't do eyeshadow, but do eyeliner (possibly) and mascara (for sure) , and instead of blush I'd go with bronzer to add to your tan & glow! (: the tinted moisturizer is definitely the way to go (:
