Hi my cute fabulous girls...I need help I knew from a friend that was few years ago pregnant that she found a dye hair color that she used through the hole pregnancy and breast feeding time and I totally forgot the name and label and I use to be a red head and still want to be and I'm pregnant does someone knows about this hair color... help me out please.

Congratulations!
I highlighted my hair throughout my last two pregnancies, that way the dye isn't actually touching your scalp. Most research says it is ok to color your hair though. As for a natural alternative, I'm sorry, I don't know any.

I dyed my hair through pregnancy and bf. Just cut back on frequency and intensity of color. My dr told me that most dyes these days don't have the same harsh chemicals as they used too so it's ok. You could also use henna dye to be extra safe. They have red.

I would be very careful of the henna I chose. If you go that route, I would choose one from a health food store to make sure there's no lead used in it, of course there shouldn't be, but products of lesser quality from other countries sometimes use substandard ingredients.
