I am going for a job interview tomorrow at Sephora inside the jcpenneys store. how should I dress, wear my makeup and do my hair? any recommendations?

I would dress similar to how they dress in the store. Companies expect this because they want you to take it seriously and put your own take on how you would dress if you were working there. I would wear all black with some bright pops of colour either in your jewelry or shoes. For makeup do something creative you want to show off your skill! I have a feeling they have probably seen winged liner and red lips a thousand times. For hair that's up to you if you want to wear it up or not. Personally I would probably just leave my hair long or slightly wavy. I'll post some makeup ideas. (:

I seriously love the color in it! It has blue but not to much the girl said she used all ulta brand eyeshadows.

Try incorporating the color of the year "orchid" when I worked there we were big on promoting that. Look professional!

I use to work there just all black and yes using orchid would be perfect since it is the pantone color of the year :)
