CG trublend. I have a similar issue, in a way. it just blends so nicely, it looks good with both textures, but remember to moisturize!!

Depending on whether or not you want full coverage, I highly recommend the Kat Von D Lock-It Tattoo foundation. I have the same skin type as you, so I totally know how you feel. :p I was nervous to use it at first, because I heard it was better for oily rather than dry skin...however, I tried it anyways and let me tell you, it makes me look flawless! As long as I moisturize before, or even mix the foundation with my moisturizer, it is literally perfect.

Cover girl stay fabulous 3 in 1 foundation is good for oily skin but might make the dryness look worse.

Nars sheer glow always comes highly recommended by multiple skin types! See if the counter will give you a sample so you can see how well it wears on you.
