Professional derma rollers work on any kind of scars, my roomie got 6 sessions of derma rollers done on her cheeks for acne scars and we can hardly see hers now, but I dunno they had an over-the-counter derma roller.

Yes...I got a 1.5...you roll..you bleed just a tad (like pin pricks)..it heals..you repeat. I used it religiously for 6 months and saw no change. My derm said it has minimal effect and even then..that would be with newer "marks". It was supposed to plump up the flesh and minimize their appearance, but nuttin' honey. Dr. Oz..that know-it-all. ;p.

Fresh scars benefit the most. Everyone's skin is different, but I rolled myself into oblivion and saw nothing..lol

I got a professional derma roller!! And I have seen great results with it... My scars are new and super red I'm going to try this with bio oil.
