So I'm a total cheapie and don't feel like spending a ton for a cute pair of jeans like Miss Me , but all I want is cute butt pockets? Anyone have the bling obsession like me and know of any good jean brands with cute embellished pockets for not a fortune?

Me :) la idol you can find them at bui yah kah and some more places I can't recall atm.
You can sometimes find miss me for $40-50 at nordstrom racks and at Cavenders 20% off. Ebay have some amazing deals on miss me as well.
Oh and Maurices http://m.maurices.com/categories/12857737 have a few by different brands as well on sale sometimes.

Hmm making them is a good idea!! Thank all of you ladies! And I looked at rue 21 cause my friend got a few cute pairs but they don't have any on line and I don't feel like driving an hour and a half to the nearest mall :/

Do you have a Ross by you? I get all my rhinestone jeans from Ross. Most of the time they're fifteen dollars or less. People ask me all the time if they're Miss Me's.
