I have these huge bags under my eyes ( and I'm only 13!!) and I was wondering if the benefit eye cream was any good.

I have bags under my eyes, and nothing has worked. It's genetics unfortunately. I had them at your age as well. I've used benefit eye cream, and it was really great, although it did nothing for the bags.
But it's also important to understand that bags, and dark circles are two completely different things! I'll give you a couple pictures to show you what I mean..
