I have pretty sensitive skin and usually its not that bad, but today it just suddenly got really bad and now my face is really red!
I don't recall doing/eating/applying anything different today, everything's completely normal except my skin.
What are some good products for sensitive skin and how to treat it?

I wouldn't try anything new right now whilst your skin is vulnerable. Something new might irritate your skin in it usual state and may just make your skin ten times worse than it is now.
Oat and plain yogurt face masks are supposed to be great for calming skin. You just put both in a blender until you get a smooth paste. Once your skin has calmed down slightly you should try it to see whether it feels soothing or whether its irritating for you. This way you know if its safe to use when your skins feeling really raw.

CeraVe is a gentle cleanser. My derm recommends it and it is very gentle..as it their lotion. I agree..using plain, Greek yogurt is soothing and brightens skin. Also..splashing green tea reduces irritation and inflammation. If this flare up is uncommon, you may want to take a benedryl in case it is some allergic reaction. The less fussing you do over it right now, the better.
