I'm going to dye my hair for the first time ever, my hair is naturally a milk chocolate brown, but I want to change it up a bit, I've thought about burgundy & also a light caramel color but I can't seem to find one that I really like! Honestly I really like your color and you don't want to damage it I assume (as would the horrendous burgundy) if you are into that go for it but maybe just try some highlights for now where it is your first time and you may not want to risk the gothic look if you aren't

Burgundy is gorgeous but VERY high maintenance like any other red hair dye it washes out in two week no matter the brand unless you get it professionally done:) I think going a lighter shade of brown would really suit you~

I honestly think burgundy would be absolutely gorgeous on you! I also think a lighter brown would be pretty as well.
