Try using a nice bb cream. You look like all you need is some evening out, that would suit you well:) then top it off with some brown eyeshadow and eyeliner and mascara!!

What's the best bb cream and how do I know which is my color I always get it wrong

I don't think there is a "best" BB cream or any beauty product. It's very subjective and individualistic. I'd read posts by people with similar skin (tone, issues,) and see what they use. It'll help narrow your search a bit. A safe professional look is like what's been posted- neat, polished and you won't go wrong with neutrals.

Hey Cassandra, as one rosy girl to another here's what I recommend:
A bb cream can cover your uneven skin tone but in my experience it doesn't hold up as long over the day as a foundation, also I prefer the weight of foundation to bb cream. I like MUFE HD and Givenchy Teint Couture but Dior Nude and Givenchy Photo Perfection were also good. I use a concealer brush to do my red areas first, then do all over foundation, then touch up with concealer (I have Kat Von D) if it's a very red day. Then set everything. Follow with blush and I like a highlighter, with those cheekbones you should be using one too to show them off!
I personally think the eye looks shown are a bit much for business. The colors are right on but I think it's too heavy and distracting a look. I would do a neutral shimmer, blend with a matte nude in the crease and then use an eyeliner/shadow wet as eyeliner/soft, thin winged liner. I think the UD Naked palette would be a good work investment. Easy go-to every morning.
Then finish with a pinky neutral lipstick or gloss. Kinda Sexy from M.A.C is a good pinky neutral but there's a ton. You could go brighter. If you go for a red lipstick day I would bring my eyes down to a matte nude shadow and only mascara.
I'm not clear on the business you're in, that obviously makes a difference, but I'm writing this for the general business environment.
