So my lashes are super short and I'm really sad about it so I was thinking of buying an enhancer! But Idk which one :/ should I do city lash or smart lash? Opinions? Which one is better? And I've heard of Latisse and I don't wanna try because of the side effects. Thanks guys :)!

I would try a lengthening and volume mascara.

Latisse is the only FDA approved lash growth serum. The other ones probably won't do anything for you other than give the appearance of longer/fuller lashes. I honestly think Latisse is so worth it. My sister's roomate uses it and her lashes are like to her eyebrows and are very dark (she's blonde). It almost looks like she is wearing mascara! She has never experienced any side effects either. And you need a prescription for Latisse, so when you talk to a doctor they make sure you are able to use it and won't experience side effects.

If you check the reviews for Smart Lash on Amazon they are all awful and said it did nothing at all. City Lash has better reviews but it also wouldn't give results like Latisse. Also keep in mind, all products could have side effects, not just Latisse.

And one more question! If I stop wearing mascara for like a year or longer could my eyelashes naturally grow back? They used to be super long I miss them lol :(
