I have 2 questions, Would it help my hair grow if I don't use heat for a while? And how can I make curls with mousse?

Use garnier fructis curl constructing mousse it works great and try avoiding heat.

I use herbal essences mousse to enhance my natural curls and it works great :)

Get a curl enhancing mousse n apply to wet hair and let air dry - it works for me but I have naturally wavy hair you can also use foam rollers in dry or wet hair overnight

I have natural curls n mousse helps them stay beautiful all day.
Stay away from heat.

Mousse depends of the hair that you have actually I have naturally wavy whirly hair and mouse doesn't work on my hair nor gel just leave in conditioner so try and see if it helps to enhance your curls
