i have stoppes bit my nail but i need some tips on how to get them to grow nice

If you take A multivitamin that will help them grow. Keep your cuticles moisturized and healthy, and also chop up some garlic and put it in a bottle of clear polish. Apply 1-2 coats a couple of times a day. This also helps thicken them. These are tricks that I use to have long healthy nails.
