I have naturally dark hair so my leg hair is pretty dark as well. When I shave my legs it looks like it's spotted. Is there anyway to prevent this?

Other methods of hair removal might be more suitable!
Maybe try using a depilatory cream on your legs ( never the face ).
And if that doesn't work you could always get them waxed or lasered.

Maybe even one of those tanning lotions could be useful at hiding them!

I have the same problm. and tanning just make it worst. the dark spot turn a darker color. if the tan is orange, the spot will be a darker orange.  boo:(

Is it like razor burn kind of? if so, what I do to prevent the bumps is to use coconut oil as my shaving cream. It's best if you can soak in it a while.

No its not razor burn. more lik you can still see sm of the hair or the root under the skin.

Ohhhh, ok. I know what you're talking about now. Then yeah, I agree with those who suggested waxing, but that may get expensive. My mom swears by Nair Shower Power, so maybe you could try that if you're okay with hair removal products.

Ugh I have that too! I Agree with kitty! And for the life of me I can't remember who it's by but they sell it at cvs , but it's a wash off spray on makeup I have it and used it today , applied like a spray tan , then rubbed in with lotion and my legs looked gorgeous. Also comes in a cream I believe. I'm sorry I'm too lazy to leave my bed and look at the brand!☺
