How to properly use spraytan?

I just got this spraytan from Victoria's Secret. And I've never used a spraytan before. There are very brief directions on the can, but I was wondering if any of you have any extra tips to make it easier.

Make sure you have gloves on so you don't tan your hands

No your hands will look all weird and noticeably fake tanned bootoms of your hand should be a little lighter

Exfoliate and shave before you apply. A little bit of moisturizer or Vaseline on your knees, back of knees, elbows, and in between your fingers. Best to apply at night then sleep with it, wakeup and shower otherwise leave it for atleast 8hours before shower. Then moisturize everywhere to extend its life :)

Exfoliate, shave , Gloves! And apply then liberally apply lotion making sure you rub all the streaks out.
