It could be as skin irritation of some sort maybe your skin is to dry or maybe a product is effecting your skin. this happened to me when I used harsh toners it gone away after I stopped using them and my skin went back to normal

Did you lay on something in that area? Cause everytime I take a nap on my desk I get a red spot like that on my forehead.

Yeah like the others said it looks like an allergic reaction to something or a rash. You could be allergic to makeup or something in your environment (maybe you touched your face and there was something on your hand). If it's an allergic reaction I would ice it (it looks like your icing it already though lol) and then apply benadryl. If it is a reaction it should go away in a few days.
