Sea salt, sugar and brown sugar. I don't put any kind of oil in it because I find if you shave after using a scrub with olive oil for example, you end up shaving off a residue from the oil and don't get a close shave.

I'm with Lynzie..although I used organic, unrefined sugar and add pure vanilla for a yummy scent. I also add ground coffee beans as caffeine externally benefits skin. I alternate between the two.

Exfoliating and nourishing the skin, which removes dead skin cells and leaves it nice and soft. The oil hydrates.

Honestly I make up my own sometimes! I like to use lemon juice, like juice, olive oil, honey and use either white sugar or brown.
