I've had my cheeks pierced twice, the first time I got timples (like cheek piercings but pierced with a thinner needle and smaller balls, they didn't leave a big dimple when I took them out but I had to for a work course, as soon as I finished that I got them done again a week later with the normal cheek piercing sized bars and they left me with those dimples :)
