How do you get this beautiful finish? Is there a special brush to use? Her make up is always flawless.

It's a very dewy skin look. You can add a highlight to your cheek bones and the bridge of your nose, as well as your Cupid's bow, to get a glowy look. You can also use a dewy foundation/bb cream. Hope I helped! (:

Photoshop? lol I'm not saying she did but I know that's the only way I know how to make a face look that nice so it is possible the pic is retouched.

If it isn't I would love to know the products she uses, surely a very good highlighter. <3

Oh, and as for a highlight, I've heard good thinks about benefits high beam (liquid highlight) and the balms Mary-Louminizer (powder highlight).

I have high beam, but it sure does not look like that lol.

I know that there is a degree of retouching. But I'm sure she has a technique to it as well.

Regan-

I have high beam and it is awesome but it won't look like that incredible finish without perfect lighting and a touch of Photoshop (unless I'm using it wrong)lol

I agree Nicole. I do graphic design for a living so I'm pretty good with knowing when even gentle filters are used or touch up is done. I am on my phone so the image is too small to tell. In any event..she used a highlight with shimmer. You also need to remember, lighting and camera quality/features play a key role in getting a great photo. I'm sure for every one pic you see, there are 20 you don't. A SI cover model said they shot over 1,000 to get that cover.

That aside, Mac Strobe cream, Josie Maran Argan Oil and any shimmer highlighter..over a stippled foundation..finished with NYZ Dewy setting spray should get you close to the look. If I'm wrong..ahh well

That is a whole sha-mama lot of highlighter! Also you have to consider how she's lit, there's probably a reflector board in front of her? to bounce the light off?
I think Roz's advice is good, but seriously the amount of highlighter she's wearing is probably not what you actually want to walk around wearing. In a club or bar or someplace else dark it would work but otherwise I think it's going to look over-applied.
