Hi beauties, I've been searching for a concealer mostly to brighten my undereye area. I have tried so many. Yesterday I finally drove 2 hours to purchase the MAC prolong (I've heard so many great reviews about this product) When the lady applied it, it looked great, no creasing at all. Today when I tried it. The minute I put it on it creased. Can it be that I'm doing something wrong, or maybe the eyecream I'm using. Can someone please suggest something that will help concealer creasing.

The elf translusent powder is good to keep it in place.and not make it crease, also you can put a blotting sheet right after you apply it tp get any exxtra oil off.

Try a silicone primer underneath to fill in the "creases" before the product does and be sure to moisturize the under eye area before you apply primer and definitely set it all with a SMALL amount of powder - too much will also settle into the creases - look up wayne goss's youtube video with more tips on how to stop undereye concealer from creasing.

Do you set your concealer with a loose powder.

Yes, your eye cream can cause creasing if it's too thick or hasn't properly settled. If you wore the same one when she applied it then it could be the application. Like Shelby I pat it in going from outer corner to tear ducts while looking up the set lightly with powder.
Use it sparingly to avoid creasing too.

Light dust of powder under your concealer & dabbed on top with sponge

I'd try thinner application of product with a brush or sponge starting at outer corner working my way in.

I like the one by Clarins called instant smooth I think - otherwise an anti-aging primer usually works good too since they usually target fine lines n wrinkles.
