Hey girls.
so every so often I do my moms makeup (events, going out , etc). I was just wondering if any of you have tips for wrinkly eyes (not trying to be mean) like there is a lot of excess skin so its hard to get the eyeshadow and liner straight and to stay on nicely. also her skin is obviously a bit wrinkly too... how do I get bronzer and blush to look good?

also, this has nothing to do with it, but her skin color is much darker than me and I feel like blush and eyeshadow is hardly noticeable... what do I do?

I have the same problem with older clients. Try to prep the skin, and use a friming cream. Make sure to use primer and a vry light hand. As far as technique, Ima need to keep look back as well I need tip on that to.

Mature skin is definitely hard to work with and I don't really have much experience in the area other than to stay away from products that can easily settle into wrinkles and extenuate fine lines such as glittery/sparkly eyeshadow. I recommend checking out videos on youtube I'm sure that will help with finding a technique.

Have her start using a collagen building serum at night, as well as a firming cream :) as for makeup, stick with mattes and neutrals. A cream highlighter (no sparkles) for the cheek bones and inner eyes and a nice dewy foundation or bb cream!

If say try patting eyeshadow on vs sweeping it on the lid. Same for blush/highlight try stippling
