So, am on a splurging spree and also decided to use my 15% off. please suggest anything you have in mind regarding makeup n skincare. (I have severe dry skin and use hope in a jar... but its still not good enough :( even though I eat healthy, with plenty of fruits n water with my diet)...but will really appreciate suggestions :)

I'm a huge fan of the Algenist line of moisturizers for dry skin. Hope in a jar is good but it's more for mildly dry skin, IMO. Algenist is amazing. I'd suggest you go and ask for a sample and try it out for a few days, and before the 11th, when the VIB discount ends, go and buy some if you like it. Good luck!

That's such a tough one...
*Becca Illuminating cream (works great on dry skin)
Can be applied along your cheekbones
*Bite lipsticks/glosses...the formula is awesome and the shades are vibrant and long wearing
*Too Faced summer palettes... two beautiful eye palettes and a bronzer palette

Ohhhhh I love that Tarte set! maracuja oil is wonderful and I ended up buying the full size eye cream. your going to love the Bite lipstick too. their formula is amazing!

Oh yeah Kelly, I applied it in the store and it feels so moisturizing :) plus such uncommon packaging...that tarte set was out of stock, that kind of drove me to the store today... :)
