Tarte definitely has pale shades, and tons of undertone choices. :)

I'm really pale too, when I went to sephora to get samples only tarte, Dior and UD naked were pale enough. So was MUFE but they were sold out of the lightest shade, but Dior was out of my price range and naked makes me break out in hives. But in tarte I'm not even the palest shade, which is wild since I can't use drugstore foundations without looking 4 shades darker than the rest of my body lol.

Check out Lisa Eldridge's video, I think it may be helpful: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5RQHn-uOWfw

I mix stargazer white foundation with any I have that are too dark and it works a treat, it's super cheap as well, only about £5 and you can use it for highlighting! X.

I went to sephora and got the 100% perfect foundation max and I was only matched to 7 foundations (most people are matched to around 50) and the only brands that had shades light enough for me were Bobbi brown and Laura Mecier.

Tarte was waaay too dark for me. Makeup Forever and Illamasqua were the only ones that matched me. I suspect NARS might have a shade that would work, they have some pale ones.

On the drugstore side (not sure what your options are in Europe), L'oreal True Match has some light shades. Supposedly Dita Von Teese uses it and she has lovely porcelain skin.
