Hair first for me, especially if my hair is damp blow dry first then let it cool including skin or it will just melt my makeup always hair first for me.

I always do my makeup first so it doesn't get in my hair (I leave it in a towel after shower) but I also like to take more time on my makeup than hair because it usually only takes me about 15 min for hair (and thats blow drying, straighten, and the styling)

It really depends, but I usually do my makeup first, since it's more important for me hahah sometimes I just put my hair in a bun, but I almost never leave the house without my makeup done :)

I kind of do both at the same time. I put on my "face makeup" (like foundation, blush, HAC etc.) first while my hair is damp. then I will either diffuse it or straighten it. after my hair is done I go back and do eyes and lips :)

Makeup unless (ugh hopefully I can explain this) I need to let my hair sit in a certain way (like pin curls or curls) so that when I take it down it will be styled.. So I'd moisturise, put all the crap in my hair, blow dry it, do the thing, then do my makeup and then take down my hair and hairspray.

Hair first! So that the hair dryer/ styling tools don't melt my makeup! Nothing worse than when you have a full face of makeup it starts to melt because of the heat!
And then I just use a headband afterwards to keep the hair out of my face while applying makeup
