I looks like she has a cat eye, but I could be that this is her eye shape. Her eyebrows are very defined, so that really makes her look. It seems like she has a very natural lip color, so pinks and nudes or whatever is closest to your skin tone. I think definitely clear skin, good foundation and maybe a faint blush? Hope that helps! :)

Eyes - nude eyeshadow maybe with a little shimmer. Mascara there but not there, so not a whole lot. Black/brow it's a mascara color looks super natural and cover girl has a great one!
Foundation - something natural
Lips - maybe a lip gloss, Burt's bees works great! Has lots of natural shades with shimmer.
Cheeks - a Rose color if anything. Cover girl has lots of great light pinks.

I kinda assumed that the phrase "I want to be like that" was said because she called this woman beautiful. This is a beauty app, so you go girl using the beauty of others so want to make yourself better. :)

I agree with jacqyln you shouldn't try to look like somebody. You should enhance your natural beauty and borrow makeup styles of a person!

If you had read everything I had typed previously you would know I'm not trying to change myself and I was just saying I want a nice makeup look fir special occasions and I had typed without thinking that I "wanted to be like that" but I was referring that I wanted to be a strong female politician, not a carbon copy image of this lady.
