Unfortunately, acne has no quick fixes! However, I do have a few tips that should help!
1. Eat clean today and do exercise. Do at least 60 minutes of cardio. This can help flush out the toxins in your body. Make sure to shower/wash your face close after to prevent more pimples.
2. Drink a load of water. Green tea is another good one for acne.
3. Ice the pimples. This should decrease swelling and pain.
4. Wash your face twice, apply a spot treatment, and moistruize after.
5. Try crushing up aspirin and mixing it with water until it is a paste. Apply this onto pimples and you will see a huge reduction in size and color!
6. Don't try too many things at once. This will just irritate the acne even more.
7. For your date, concealer will be your best friend! Dab concealer on the spots, but do not rub it in circular motions as this will give the least coverage. Set with powder and your golden!
Good luck 💌🌿

Cami, question, can you use ibuprofen as substitute for aspirin? Isn't it virtually the same thing? And I suggest seeing the derm to help clear your skin in the long term!

I would not recommend using cinnamon. I, and some others, have had HORRIBLE reactions.

Ok, what would you recommend Regan?

Isabel Ibuprofen and aspirin are totally different things Motrin is the generic for ibuprofen so I wouldent recommend using it.
