Try a face oil. Like Jojoba oil. Or use a thicker moisturizer. And drink plenty of water.

You could use a peel to take off dry skin. Use a regular facial moisturizer as well.

I am super sensitive too I break out too so many stuff I hate it. But that face wash is good for my dry skin plus helps get makeup off (:!

CeraVe wash and moisturizer...with a natural oil as Jacqlyn suggested.
