OK so I can feel that my hair is getting damaged because of styling and I hate it! Right now I use the frizz-ease heat defence from John Freida but I really need something stronger so need suggestions ASAP!!

It might be good to lay off the heat a bit before you keep continuing with the heat though. And coconut oil helps with damaged hair. As for a heat protectant: tresemme.
