OK so I can feel that my hair is getting damaged because of styling and I hate it! Right now I use the frizz-ease heat defence from John Freida but I really need something stronger so need suggestions ASAP!!

Schwarzkopf göt2b guardian angel. it's affordable and easy to find in your drugstore not to mention it works great!

It might be good to lay off the heat a bit before you keep continuing with the heat though. And coconut oil helps with damaged hair. As for a heat protectant: tresemme.
