You know you want the one with color :) BUT, if you'd like to wait, I've ordered both and I wouldn't mind doing mini reviews/swatches/opinions/whatever. I'm personally pretty excited about the neutral palette, because I like that it has orangey/coppery shades, and it's different from the neutral palettes that I've thus far seen.

I just ordered both to I would say get the one your lacking of like if your lacking neutrals get the neutral one etc.

I've got 10 or 12, maybe 13, makeup palettes, I'm pretty sure there's nothing I'm lacking. xD the only thing that's super calling out to me is the orange in the monarch palette.
