It is but I don't have much access to natural lighting in the morning when I'm doing my makeup, but I always check my makeup in natural lighting, and the shade of foundations.

Omg miss Jacqueline I love your tips! Haha I used to work in an office FULL of fluorescent light n always thought my foundation looked horrible but when I applied it at home it looked good n when I went outside it was good now I know why! Stupid fluorescent lighting.. Grr haha.
