Noooooo bioin is already in everyday food and multivitamins. Too much biotin can cause horrible side effects. Extra biotin should only be taken if you have a biotin deficiency. Ask Jacqlyn or Kitty they know all the risks.

but don't use any pills without talking to your doctor first. if you don't have a biotin deficiency it won't do anything for you other than possibly make you deficient in another area. rather than take pills, eat foods rich in biotin. please keep in mind hair growth is genetic & has to do with both your health & your hair's health.

There's these things called HairVits, they're capsules you take twice a day which "make your hair grow longer and faster, making it stronger and healthier". Which is total B.S, your hair growth rate is genetic. So I wouldnt bother with those.
Keep your hair healthy with masks and oils:)
