Help With Blonde Hair Coloring?

I want to dye my hair as light as I can pull off. I'm worried about not being able to pull it off and damaging my hair for nothing haha. any suggestions? I posted a picture of my hair now..sorry for the lighting in it😄

Honestly, I think "pulling things off" has more to do with confidence than skin tone or eye colour. sure you don't want hair that's way lighter than your skin tone, but from what I see you have pretty light skin :p
if you want light blonde hair, then rock it! it would look pretty on you for sure.
