I wouldn't but I'd wear any kind of jeans with it. I don't like the leggings by themselves. But for hair a simple ponytail, fishtail braid or a messy bun would be cute.

I would wear it with white shorts and converse or if you want a more girly look, cute sandals, orrrr I would wear it with tan/beige jeans or shorts. And if you don't like that, I would wear it tucked in with a black skater skirt and white knee high knit socks with high brown leather boots with a scarf or something(: it just depends on weather and what you like :)

Ooooh, and hair, either, a fishtail braid to the side, I high pony tail with a white ribbon tied or bow. Or just down with a headband and give it that hippie or school girl look, depends how you wear the headband. ^o^
