My friend uses them, she uses a sensitivity toothpaste during her use of them. But she said the aching goes away.

I wouldnt know Trevor. I would love to use something like but I'm scared itll make the sensitivity worst. What Laura suggest seems to make sence.

I'd definitely use a sensitively toothpaste and/or mouth wash. I used both the white strips and Plus White and I had issues. The whitestrips weren't so bad but one time I tried to use the plus white and as soon as I put the tray to my teeth it was like an electric shock. It was awful. I haven't touched it since and I had to use lukewarm water and a sensitivity toothpaste for a while until it all went back to normal. So I'd just be cautious and use something like that from the start

But yes the sensitivity should go away after a while. You get sensitivity because the bleach is removing mineral deposits and it leaves a small hole. But your teeth will make more deposits and the holes will get filled back in.

The plus white is apparently good for sensitive teeth but I think the flaw is in their directions. They say to use it like 2 times a day for 20 minutes for the first two weeks. Obviously I didn't get to 2 weeks and I definitely didn't do it twice a day, but I think even every day is too much. But you could try using the sensitivity toothpaste a couple weeks before. I think as long as you ease into it and use that you will probably be fine. Sadly I think I'll have to go to my dentist and get mine done professionally. My teeth aren't really yellow but they aren't evenly colored from well water when I was little. Ugh lol.
