of those 2 I prefer Stila. however my favorites are probably Too Faced chocolate soleil, Hourglass waterproof bronzer or Tarte . my main gripe with Hoola is the packaging. while cute, the box opens up in my purse making a mess. I prefer a more secure compact

I'd suggest hoola, nyx matte bronzer, too faced chocolate soleil or nyc sunny bronzer if you are looking for a more affordable one
