I've been having some serious back acne and not sure what to use. Any ideas on what products or remedies would be so helpful?

I would visit a dermatologist and have them prescribe something for it. That is what I did and mine cleared up!

I used to use the neutrogena acne body wash n it cleared me up - also being better about changing my clothes before bed and after working out - leaving old clothes on too long caused back acne for me.

Neutrogena body scrub and body spray helped clear up my back acne. I also moisturize with CeraVe.
