I want to make my ends lighter (brown to blonde) and I want to know which is safer to use.
peroxide or cleaning bleach?

Cleaning bleach is good if you want to burn your scalp off lol.

No, neither. neither peroxide or cleaning bleach is safe for your hair. if your hair has color on it already then you news to use HAIR bleach found at your local beauty supply store. I would recommended going to a professional though.
