I like to put a cream blush or coloured lip balm on the apples of my cheeks, that always helps. And wearing nude or white in the waterline opens up and brightens the eyes :)

I'd just do the basics; some blush so you don't look too pale, concealer under the eyes to hide any circles, and maybe some mascara if your eyes aren't watery. If you need coverage on your face I'd just do concealer where needed. Lip balm and moisturizer for sure, skin and lips usually get so dry when you're sick. Be sure to sanitize any makeup you use while sick as well. Beauty so clean make sanitizing wipes, etc. If you can't get any of those then for mascara or lip gloss use disposable wands or a lip brush and don't double dip into the tube so the product stays clean and you don't reinfect yourself.

I don't wear makeup when I'm sick. I'm throwing up and I don't want any makeup to be in my way.
