I'm buying it for my hair but I want to know how to get the best results from it, my hair is in pretty normal condition, not too dry but still a bit frizzy if I don't put any oil in it. I've been using argan/maroccan oil after I shower and wash my hair but want to switch to coconut oil. Let me know what it does, in detail if possible! Thanks girls! 💕

Its great..you don't need to wash it out right after putting it on..I use it as a styling product.

Megan is right. It looses many beneficial properties when heated..which is why you want cold pressed. Keep on your ends the body of the hair and avoid the scalp. For some, scalp application can result in strand loss. Great stuff! :)

I use both argon and coconut oil. I use argon oil right after I shower, then when my hair is dry I apply coconut oil. I don't heat it up, I find it melts in your hand anyways. I use about a dime size in my hair after styling it, helps tame frizz. I live in Canada so it's snowy still and dry and gross. Coconut oil definitely saves the frizziness and flyaways. Plus it seals in moisture from the both oils :)

I Love it. I take it in pill form as well. honestly, I lost 3 pounds just by doing nothing. it's not a whole lot, but it's something. lol. I use it in my hair, on my skin, after shave treatment, scalp massaging oil, I massage my fiance with it..
my daughter had cradle cap at 2 months and it's all gone now at 4 months and her hair is growing fast.. so is Mine. I LOVE LOVE LOVE it. Get it in it's purest form which is extra virgin coconut oil. the pure one is the one that turns white when cold and yellow when warm.
I believe the less beneficial one is the one that's white but stays clear when melted..and it doesn't have a scent.
CO is a staple in my home, diet, and beauty regimen.

@ Marea C...Hmmm...I have pure unrefined coconut oil from Trader Joe's with absolutely nos ingredients other than coconut oil and mine is white in solid form, clear when melted. It very obviously smells like coconut.
