Anyway I really like the eyeliner from elf, it's really creamy and dark, but you have to set it with a black shadow or it smudges really bad.

Lol thank you Raylene, and thank you Shauna for not thinking I'm a weirdo =) Honestly I have absolutely awful luck with drugstore eyeliners, every single one I've tried has smudged, so I stick to high end now as I've found that those stay put!

So its not exactly drugstore but it's only $5... it's the Sephora waterproof liquid eyeliner in black. As a makeup artist I never leave home without it! It's super black and will literally stay on until you scrub it off.

The forever 21 pencil eyeliner is very creamy smooth and dark black. As for liquid...sorry stila all the way. Drugstore ones have tips that I don't like. What I do is buy a kohl cone eyeliner from the indian grocery store and apply it using angled brush...kohl is absolute black for me.
