Use an eye primer and then put a translucent powder where you are going to put your eyeliner. Then put on the eyeliner and put translucent powder or black eyeshadow (the same shade is your eyeliner) over it :) 😊

What everyone said about setting your liner.
Em's advice about cleaning up is good. I use Q-tip's precision swabs (pointy) to clean up. How did I live w/o these things?!

Try a gel liner there better if thats what your using then just set it or try a different one, the inglot, tarte, an clinique liners are good.
