I would definitely do a light face makeup..nothing too heavy but blush is fine! And for eyes..a simple matte eyeshadow with a liquid wing and mascara is pretty. I don't know if I'd use anything on the lips..just to keep it simple. A makeup setting spray is definitely worth the investment! Especially in hot weather :)

I go to music festivals a lot like a few a year and a ton of concerts. I tend to wear little to know makeup. I just wear waterproof mascara, tinted lip balm and sunscreen and I will also bring oil removing sheets. I don't like where foundation or powder of any kind to events like that because I always feel cakey. You could do a car eye or something with a good water proof line like Urban decays 24/7 if you want.

If it's hot and in the day, don't go crazy on the eyes, just wear sunglasses!

Lucky, the coachella lineup is great this year! maybe a bb cream and lightly applied bronzer, a cream blush and a light highlighter for that extra glow. I'd keep the eyes simple, maybe just tightline them with a brown pencil and add a lighter shimmery color towards the inner corners. Also a good setting spray and bb cream with SPF will help. have fun! (:
