Well she had no idea what she was doing, she no longer wanted a pencil so I used an elf product on her the gel and powder, she has a habit of ripping her eyebrows off as a nervous tick of some kind so she has zero eyebrow really. She was happy with it, I always ask if that is exactly what they want I don't want a client leaving me and saying how horrible I am if they don't like it, shes my walking billboard basically.
