Does lemon juice really work on scars? I have a scar where I rubbed a hard sponge really hard which made a womb. Now I'm left with a scar. Will lemon juice remove the scar? And how long will I have to use it to start seeing results?

Lemon juice will remove the scar, however you are also dealing great damage your skin by using it. Lemon ( whether it be an oil, diluted, extract ) is just way too acidic for your skins PH and you are just solving one problem and causing ten more. It can potentially damage the skins protective barrier and turn it into a bacteria feeding ground for more break outs. It is phototoxic as well so there is no reason to use it when there are safer means.
You can use an AHA or BHA product to help eliminate your scarring, non-comedogenic oils can also helps with evening out skin tone and scarring. (Jojoba, Argan, Rosehip, Passion fruit ( also known as maracuja ) and vitamin c serums.

I heard it works. My sister tried it for a while and it worked for her. I tried it once but I can't stand the feeling of lemon on my skin.
