I got major breakouts all over my forehead and I need them to go away by Tuesday! Please help! Should I ice them or should I apply a warm washcloth? I need your help!

Try to not touch em. and try not to keep lookn at them in the mirror. I find tht wn I have a brakeout and I keep checkn it, it just stays longer. just put some cortizone, ignore it and itll go away.

A warm washcloth will bring the head to them faster, I suggest a cool washcloth on them in the morning to reduce inflammation

I also have a problem with skin picking, so not touching them will be a problem
